"We got an unprepared room. Front dest staff tried to help as much as possible but he could not change our room. Food was terrible and I’m sure batter for waffle fries as expired as it had a bitter taste."

"We stay in Double Tree hotels often and booked the Galveston stay in hopes that the same standards would be upheld. Check in with the front desk was excellent, however the room looked like it could really use an update. Not sure what happened in our bathroom but there were small hairs everywhere ..."
