"Great hotel and location "

"mooie kamer , fijn personeel en goed ontbijt waar je verse wafel of gebakken ei met spek kan krijgen ipv voorgewarmd in een dish"

"Wonderful hotel in great neighborhood. Close to sights but didn’t feel overly touristy"

"Schönes Business Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und grossem Frühstücksbuffet. Nettes Personal. Die Matratzen sind allerdings teilweise etwas durchgelegen und die Bar ziemlich teuer."

"The night staff was terrible. From 11pm to …We came as a big family for a funeral in Bruxelles( 6 Rooms). We wanted to use the part of the lobby to meet and talk about the plan for the ceremonies. "property was nice good for a short stay"

Not only it does not explain that if not returned within the time limit, you would be charged another $17 euro, but also that even after...

"Excellent location, close to the Grand place and next to train station. Our room is too dark. Nice breakfast and free for kids. We're disappointed that staff won't help with our luggage at checkout "
