I thought the Accomodation was lovely, very reasonably priced, the lady running the b n b was lovely. A very generous breakfast. We were not hurried to check out neither. Accomodation was smack in the middle of the beautiful town.

Boutique hotel in the heart of Gallipoli. Walkable to many restaurants and bars along with the beach. The property is very small with only a few rooms and a main salon where breakfast is served. One issue is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled and was not in service during the month of May. This meant that we had to sleep with the windows open and the noise from the street. Ear plugs are provided but knowing that the units are not individually controlled would be good to know for some passengers. The staff and owner are great people and we would stay there again.

Je me sens suis senti arnaquer quand j’ai dû payer dix euros le changement de serviette. Le lit n’est pas très confort. Les œufs du petit déjeuner sont en supplément et le petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux.

Beautiful apartment in the old town

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Casa Galateo and stayed at their apartment which consists of a bedroom, bathroom and separate kitchen and living room with our own entrance. The apartment was decorated very tastefully and so was the main breakfast area. All was very clean. There is also a roof terrace with sunloungers. Breakfast was subtantious with various savoury and sweet options. Anna was very friendly and welcoming. We told her in advance our arrival time and she was there to check us in. There were numerous restaurants nearby. We found free parking at the port which is only 5 min by foot. We recommend this place and would chose it again.

This hotel is in a beautifully restored and decorated palazzo, and the location at the heart of the city is excellent, although parking in the old city is a nightmare. I would suggest parking before 7pm for the night, or else it is very difficult to get a spot in the overnight parking. Staff could be a little more helpful and available, but generally our stay was pleasant.

Une merveille de Bed & Breakfast

2 nuits passées dans ce B&B situé dans la vieille ville de Gallipoli, à 3 minutes à pied de la cathédrale... Parfaite situation pour découvrir les principaux sites de la très belle Gallipoli. L'hôte est très sympathique. Son accueil charmant et attentionné. Elle a aménagé avec un goût exquis une vieille maison du centre historique en préservant le charme de l'ancien et y apportant des touches de modernité design. Un sans faute d'autant plus que la chambre que j'occupais, celle à 2 lits double dont un mezzanine, était remarquablement confortable et fonctionnelle. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Un sans faute !

The Junior suite is wonderful ! very good location in the historical center. There is the parking port just nearby. the host is very welcoming ! and the breakfast is already perfect :) recommanded !

The room was little small and compact and the doors are directly outside the common area and where breakfast is had. Although we werent effected by any noise as we were only there for one night and we were up early i would expect you could hear everything. The location was great - bang in the center to walk around to restaurants and about a 5-7 min walk from where we had to park the car to the hotel (this may not be for everyone but was fine for us as we had a small bag). Car park was at the port there was plenty of parking and was 1.5 euro for each hour however half the day is free. Overall we had a good stay.
