"Johnathan the bellhop went above and beyond to show us everything and gave helpful tips for the area"

"good!"

"The staff were all amazing and so helpful. Stern was exceptional. He made our 2 evening's very fun and he was very informative about local things to do. We were told to try an amazing Italian Restaurant and given exact directions to get to every where we wanted to go. The location is in a nice and safe area. The bed was sooo comfy and the noise level in our room was very minimal compared to other places we have stayed. Great job!!!!!! We will stay here again!"

The thing that really makes this hotel standout is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Pittsburgh."
