"Great location. No sitting area in hotel. It’s attached to the Lloyd Coffee eatery on the main level. Noisy at night. Arrived very early. Was checked in early into an upgraded room. I got very ill my first night there… Thank you to the morning front desk clerk(I did not get her name). She came to my room to see what I needed and sourced some supplies for me as I was too ill to leave my room."

"This hotel is beautiful. While it is located on a busy street, and my room faced the street, it was very quiet. The location is also within walking distance to many of Brussels' cultural attractions. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Brussels. "

"The hotel is in a good location. But, they have sex stores all around the hotel.The staff is not very friendly and the beds are really hard so if you have a bad back you probably should not stay here. One of the elevators was broken so it took me like 15 mins to get 2 floors down with suitcases. . we did order a cappuccino from the restaurant and I just have to say I will give it a one. I do have to say there was a lot of restaurants near by."

"Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels."

"Spacious and modern rooms! The rooms were fully equipped and nice furniture. The step into the bathtub was pretty high, so just need to be careful entering it. Super friendly customer service. Near to the Brussels Central station - though there is a slight uphill walk and some construction going on around. Very convenient location to the center of the city."
