"Front desk women were hard to understand. No one told us about the amenity package until we checked out and saw a $27 extra charge. No one knew if the rooms were down-free, as I have an allergy. An employee was sent to our room with duck feather pillows. We finally figured out the normal pillows were synthetic, so safe The Lobby was packed with random people. Now the good... Room was stylish, quiet and comfortable. Dinner at the Brass Eye, on the top floor, was delicious. The scones from downstairs were dry and tasteless. We were able to find parking on the street to avoid the $50 valet fee."

"The room itself was filthy the floors and the furniture we were immediately met with the strong smell of cigar, when we turned on the heat vent it was enough to make us check out immediately The Whole room filled up with the smell of urine like someone literally used the bathroom inside the vent also this hotel is advertised as airport but it’s not close I didn’t receive a refund and when I explaining to the front desk why I would rather go home and be in the dark (it was a power outage due to strong winds in Ohio) instead of their hotel he could care less and offered no kind of compensation not even an apology "

"Very dated. No chair in the room only a bed. Mattress was terrible. But it was clean."

"This is a wonderful hotel. The double bed suite was clean and fresh smelling. The lobby staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was space kept very clean and the food was fresh. The pool looked clean. Parking was easy. We will be staying again this summer."

"Very clean and beds were super comfortable, got in very late they brought us water to our room and valet parking was top notch!"

"It might be time to do some upgrades to the hotel. We arrived at 3:45pm and was told that the room was still dirty. We waited about one hour to get the room with no apologies given. Got a notice the day before check out that the hot water will not be available. Thankfully we got up early and was able to shower with hot water. The tiles in the bathroom are a bit grimy and need to be cleaned or replaced. "
