This hotel may have been a little dated but all other things were great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. All rooms had king beds even 2 king beds in our room. The mattresses and pillows were so comfy. The price was so reasonable. When we travel to the Columbus in the future we will stay here again.

The hotel was extremely clean and very nice!!! Comfortable bed! Large rooms, and loved the little patio outside our room! Lots of seating room around the hotel with large fireplaces to gather and a cozy bar! I did not unfortunately like the restaurant, we had our Valentines dinner there and out of 0 to 10 I give it a 0!!!! From the service to the food!

I absolutely love this place from the fantastic pool to the outstanding breakfast every stay away from NYC feels like the escape I deserve. The rooms are spacious , spotless and comfortable. Room, staff, everything were awesome and very nice! One of the amenities we were looking forward to was the pool and especially the hot tub. Hot tub wasn’t even functioning and the pool needs some work - at least drained, painted,…. The advertising of the pool and hot tub was a major deciding reason why we booked. So disapppinted in that.

The jets didn't work and lights flickered so we moved rooms. Room #2 lampshade had mildew and hanging loose, tub had a pair of large open cracks, there were stains in the carpet and the cooling unit rattled loudly. Staff was great but it doesn't make up for the terrible food and run down appearance of the property. The hot tub and pool were both closed. One of the staff was screaming at someone from inside a housekeeping marked room around 10pm friday night. Expensive mistake.
