"Beautiful and clean hotel. Very safe and quiet, and super quick walk to shops and restaurants. My only complain is that the sheets are scratchy and not very comfortable but the bed itself is very comfortable. AC also works well. Would stay here again. "

Pretty good breakfast and plenty of sitting inside and outside. The area around is very nice and it is centrally located with major attractions in walking distance or subway. The hotel has 5-6 floors with about 7-8 rooms on each floor. My room was on the 5th floor - it had a metal safe for valuables, a round window with blackout curtain. It was very quiet...

"Positive: if I could give a 7 star, I would for the staff. They were just genuinely pleasant and helpful. There's a lift so no need to lug your suitcase. You walk out of the hotel and the tram #1 is right there if you need public transport. We only used it a couple of times though e.g. to get to Dolmabachi Palace as you are only 5-10min walk away from all the major sights. Lüks beklentiniz yoksa ve sadece gece kalacak bir yere ihtiyacınız varsa en iyi seçenek. Kahvaltısında ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Her bir çalışan da çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. "From the moment we entered to when we left all staff were very helpful and the stay was enjoyable. Rooms were great and comfortable and we even got an upgrade courtesy of the hotel. The location is close to Galata Tower (around 5 minute walk uphill!) and all the usual tourist but far enough to have some peace in the evening. "
