"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. "Lovely property. Great location. Clean, very comfortable property. Was able to purchase early check in with short notice. Had trouble with code to check in but after a quick phone call with the host it was resolved. Similar issue with WiFi. Would definitely stay again."

"The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony! "Great location. Parking is about a mile from the hotel though. Great view of the castle when you walk out the front door of the hotel but no view from our room that we had to get to via 65 stairs up because we were the top floor and there is no elevator."

"Hotel was easy to find from the airport. Took the tram, highly recommended doing this. Staff were amazing, they let us check in early, and after a long trip and jet leg it was very much appreciated. Beds comfortable. Only a few problems. We couldn’t adjust the heat because there was no room temperature thermostat. The staff came down and showed us how to do in manually. "Our family of 3 stayed in the apartment room. It was a great space with 2 bedrooms. We also loved that there was a washer & dryer for us to use. The decor was very nice. Parking was very limited and we had to pay for a space using the JustPark app. We also paid extra for breakfast and it was good but simple. Coffee, juice, yogurt, croissant, & porridge. It’s located in new town and was easy to walk to other areas."
