"First of all the hotel is not perfect. But, in last 9 years we have been there roughly 10-11 times. So, we like it. It's compact, quiet and comfortable for a vacation with children. City of Zalakaros is small and very nice place in a beautiful nature. They are organizing many programs during the whole year, to feel you better and enjoy your holiday there. You will find activities in the surrounding by walk or by bike. Balaton is just a short trip by car. "

"Frühstück war soweit ok, den Kaffee konnte man nicht trinken und wenn man Cappuccino haben wollte kostet es extra. Heizung war nicht an und kein Monteur in der Nähe, also blieb es kalt. Ganz frech war, das sie die Unterkunft schon 1 Tag vorher abgebucht haben ohne uns Bescheid zu sagen und am Abreise Tag nochmals. Wir würden stark überlegen ob wir da nochmals übernachten würden. "It was a really comfortable stay. Everything is very logistically and comfortably located and situated. The room and all spaces in the hotel very clean and constantly taken care of and attended to. Delicious, very fresh and variable food and buffet, the chefs really know what they do and cook just in front of you. From people on any kind of a diet to any tastes one can find everything. The pools are maybe not so large but nicely located. The sauna and steam baths are spacious and clean. Spa...

"We had a great stay at this hotel. We especially loved that the room was large and compy and location is great. The swimming pool in hotel was awesome, quiet and not to crowded. Breakfast and dinner was good and service was excellent!"

"Great hotel. Great restaurant. Diverse rich choice of dishes. Good fast service, Great room with pastry chef. The only problem: We stayed 21 days, only twice they took out the trash and never had wet cleaning. Really liked it. Will come again"
