Par ailleurs, la chambre n'était pas faite à notre arrivée, c'est inadmissible pour un hôtel de neuf chambres. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in.
