"This was my first time taking my granddaughter with me. When checking in, she mentioned she was thirsty, so i was just looking about for a water stand, and the lady checking me in promptly handed over a bottle of water, mentioning that it was her own, but she was about to go home. So not only was she nice, she was nice to a little girl, AT THE END OF HER SHIFT, on a busy Friday late. We had just driven to texas from Illinois, so we're tired and grumpy ourselves, but this kind gesture...
