"We loved our little houseboat in Ponta Delgado. We were very fortunate that Sandra took good care of us. We arrived very early in the day and she let us sit in her office (where we nodded off after a long sleepless flight) and then allowed us to check in several hours early. "This hotel definitely earns 5 stars. The breakfast was very good with a lot of food choices in a cozy restaurant. Hotel on this island is a better option than a Airbnb due to no good restaurants that serve breakfast. All restaurants on the island start serving food at noon. The lobby is very nice with beautiful vases and other nice decorations. Near the staircase was a nice little library where you can borrow books. What I did not like is the AC.
