"To start, I’ll say that this is an objectively nice place to stay. There are great views of the sea and the rooms are big. The bed is very comfy.
However, there were a number of important details missing, especially for the price. The shower in my room had a wooden floor. This clearly never dries and made the room smell horrible. It also felt quite unhygienic. The same issue existed near the pools - the wooden flooring is slightly warped and rotten, which is a bit of a hazard. The sauna didn’t...

"The staff is awesome! The room was spotless everyday. The breakfast was fabulous. We had a great stay.

"Phillipe greeted us with warmth and kindness.
Breakfast buffet was good and well maintained, supper buffet was often less maintained and rarely had food in all the food warmers and generally lacked dessert options other that gelatin like items.
It was nice to have live music, pool table to meet with our friends after supper and a day of exploring the island.

"This hotel is spectacular. Every room is visually curated and stunning. The space was clean and the amenities were gorgeous. I truly have nothing bad to say and think the 8.8 rating is lower than it should be. A must stay!"
