"The building, grounds and room were all very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast also. However, our bathroom in 317 needed cleaning where the wall and tub meet the floor. Also the shower curtain was too long and dirty at the bottom and we did not want it in the same water we had to stand in when showering. As you know typically during a shower water does accumulate on the tub floor. Also the drain in the sink was sluggish. Everything else was good."

"The Yankee Inn was a convenient and affordable option for our visit to Tanglewood. The check-in staff was friendly and advised us of breakfast and checkout hours. "Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full."

"We felt warmly welcomed by the staff. Our room was lovely with the exception of being located at the front of the house. We could hear the traffic. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The woman serving us was very nice and efficient. We enjoyed our stay."

The room was not very clean, the couch in a no pets room was covered with dog hair, the air conditioning was not on although it was 94 degrees outside and the only person who spoke English was not willing to resolve the fact that we were not getting the commodations that we requested."

"It was the cheapest alternative within a 20 miles radius of Tanglewood. So get what you pay for. It is an older motel so the condition is to be expected. For the price, it was worth the one night stay. Shower wasn't pretty but it worked. Staff was friendly enough. Continental breakfast was just old muffin type things that come in the plastic wrap."
