"Rooms were small but very clean. Staff were amazing!!! And super helpful. Made u feel like home. Breakfast had a large spread of meats, cheese, bread, bubs, eggs yogurt granola and jam, etc. They make scrambled eggs fresh. There is always coffee tea and water. Afternoon pastries was a great break from walking around the city. Very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great as right by the river. We had a premium room with a view of the river. Dining area was very comfortable to lounge in. Would definitely stay there again!!"

"The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and breakfast was fresh. However, parking on site is a bit harrowing as you need to drive on the tram tracks to get into the garage (tight fit). Also, if you are on one end of the hotel around 5 am a party starts next door with pounding music waking you up!"

"Very nice room in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and amenable. Breakfast was a very good standard - the only downside was that we had to wait for a table on a couple of mornings as the dining area isn't huge. The weather meant it wasn't practical to use the pool, but it looked fantastic!"
