"Stayed here for a week in January, it has a very convenient location and I found the hotel easily as it was just a short walk from the main train station in Rennes. There are many dining options around the train station and close to the hotel which were very good for breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff was very helpful and even helped to bring the luggage up the stairs to the desk when I arrived. I liked my room. It was cleaned daily and the bathroom looks new and clean. "The hotel is in a picturesque area, surrounded by ponds and a canal and is very quiet. We had a large room with seating and views over the water. It's not a modern building as it once was a working mill. The hotel has its own restaurant but there are others nearby and free parking closeby."
