"Eigentlich tolles Hotel mit guter Ausstattung, grossem kostenlosen Parkplatz, 24h-Rezeption, usw....aber bei Ankunft um ca 2 - 3 Uhr morgens nach 650km Fahrt vom Nachtportier begrüßt zu werden mit den Worten " ihr Zimmer ist leider nicht mehr verfügbar, sie haben uns nicht vorher informiert, dass sie so spät anreisen"- und dass, nachdem ich um 20-22 Uhr 3x versucht hatte dort jemand telefonisch zu erreichen, aber keiner dran gegangen war...als ich deshalb gehen wollte hieß es auf einmal, dass...
"This is very walkable as the train station is less than 5 min away. Many resturants around. This hotel is on the opening weekend parade route so if you have a balcony you can watch from hotel. Very convenient. "
"Stayed a couple nights last minute to join friends for Oktoberfest. For the dates the price was good. Location was convenient. Near the train station and easy walk to old town and the fest. As a solo woman I felt safe there and in the area but I also travel often. Hotel was old but clean and comfortable. Room was small but had a fridge and fan which was a bonus! Breakfast looked good but I didn’t try it- met up with friends. "
"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice.
Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."
"The room was clean and the bed felt heavingly. Be aware that there is no fridge or microwave in the room. The location was excellent, as there are multiple public transportations options. I went to attend a conference at TUM hospital and S19 Tram was very convenient to get there."
"What can I say this hotel was outstanding!!! The best part was the manager Kai. my husband and I were having challenges fining out where to buy train tickets. If you can believe he took the time to walk with end to the main train station and showed us step by step what to do. We cannot thank him enough. Truly his amazing customer detective made our trip. Also, the cleanliness and the rest of the staff were great too. When going to Munich make sure to stay at the Ruby Rosi!!!"
"The location of this hotel can not be beat. It is just outside of the Old Town area. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. We loved that the windows opened for fresh air. Great place to stay!"

Cons : poor wifi, air condition auto shutdown every 3hour, old elevator, not friendly staff at check in counter , noisy from outside construction, small room , no amenities in bathroom "
