"This hotel was just ok. The beds are very firm. The bathroom is very small. We used the shuttle for a small fee that stopped in front of the hotel instead of walking to Toy Story Parking lot. Staff was very friendly and I was able to have my Amazon packages sent here during our stay."

"The female staff member we checked in with on Friday at 6:30pm was not friendly. Everyone else was wonderful, the room was good, TV channels are weird normal channels would have been nice. Breakfast is great!"

"Great hotel! It was clean, the staff was helpful, and a good breakfast is included. The beds are comfortable. It is located right around the corner from the main gate to Disneyland, only about a 10 minute walk. There is a CVS store right across the street. The only downside is the pool area is a little small and is constantly in the shade."
