"Overall, the hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is very kind. The room has a coffee maker, but no complimentary water is provided. One of the days we used the pool, however it had too much chlorine, and my son’s eyes were stinging badly afterwards. I consider the breakfast buffet lacks more variety considering its price. Finally, check-out time should be at least at 12:00 PM."

"Lucy was at the front desk to help with check in. She was very professional and helpful. Our room was clean for the most part except where towels are placed a few dust bunnies in there. Did call for toilet paper but it was never provided. The fire alarm went off 3 various times in the early morning, scared the heck out us (3 something in the a.m., then 2 times after). Didn't see fire, smoke or other guest outside. Unsure what happened."
