"The staff went far beyond helpful beginning with making reservations for dinner. The Belman put us and most of our luggage on the lift then ran out of room. He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. "We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. Staff very helpful reserving taxis & assisting guests. No real parlor or sitting area, however, for travelers who like a place in which to relax outside of their room."

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi.
