"It is a big hotel with lounge, fireplace and a large reception waiting area. Staff were friendly and onsens good! The buffet breakfast and dinner were great; with local selection as well as western. If you like to drink, there are beers, sake and wine too. "

Breakfast was filling with a great set offered. Staffs were helpful and patient. Language barrier was not a big issue. They sincerely try their very best to accomodate. The tatami room was very spacious. In general, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A bit far, so shuttle was necessary for us without a car. Nothing nearby in walking distance. "
