"Rooms are always nice and convenient with lots of accessories but my favorite part is the very kind and helpful staff who go above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable."

"Nine States Tojinmachi was perfect. The location was excellent — just steps from Tojinmachi Station and within walking distance of Ohori Park and Fukuoka Tower. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed.Service was outstanding. We loved our stay so much that we made another reservation and extended our trip. The customer service team handled everything smoothly and made the whole process completely worry‑free."

"The hotel was large and had good amenities but my wife stepped on a finger nail from a previous guest and then she found several more laying on the carpet. The couch was in terrible shape, the pleather was pealing off and getting everywhere. The mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs as you were sleeping. On the good side the shower was large with plenty of room"

"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable.
The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad.
Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces. The surrounding area is very quiet but not unsafe. Approx 15 minute walk from subway or 5...

"This is NOT a place for you if hygiene is important!! The hygiene is not up to standard and not for Japan.
It feels the management have tried to cut operation costs and hygiene has been sacrificed.
Bad:
- Bins are only emptied at the end of your stay attracting crockaches. In summer rubbish begin to smell if you had food. This does not work well with a hotel offering a full functioning kitchen (as people would be cooking)
- We were given one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay...

"I gave 4 mainly for their location, easy access to most of the places. The bus stop is literally in front of the hotel, there are 2 convenience stores and a drug store nearby. The famous food stall street is also close to the hotel. The washer n dryer Def comes in handy. The only thing I dont like is their pillows, it was way too soft."
"During the Silver Week, I decided to take a trip with my sister. To avoid Typhoon in Tokyo area, I decided to go to the South and it was the right decision. Hakata offered a lot, including the nice weather and the food was excellent. I always stay at Hyatt when I visited Hakata. The hotel room is large and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. The bathroom especially is very roomy and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when you visit Hakata."
"Honestly, absolutely everything. The staff were extremely helpful. Coming from America I did not know any Japanese. I was traveling with my son who was going to be going to college there. I’m the very first day my son got lost on his way to school. The Kyushu university. I was terrified. I went down to the lobby and the staff helped me find my son. They called a taxi cab to pick him up and the taxi brought him to me at the hotel. I was so grateful so thankful for all the help. Your staff truly went above and beyond and out of their way to comfort me and help me get my son back to safety. Anytime I fly to Japan I will be staying at the blossom. The staff made the experience unforgettable. The staff at the restaurant I believe it’s called. The nine were truly amazing as well. The food, the kindliness were all truly amazing."
"Our second time staying here. Is about 10mins stroll from Hakata station. There are a few convenient shops along the way. The place is quiet.
We arrived early as our flight touches down in the morning. We were happily greeted by Miss Soyoka. She welcomed us warmly and hearing that we are check-in, she asked for our passport to check on our reservation. We understand we were early as check-in time is 3pm. Nonetheless, Miss Soyoka proactively help us in all ways she could to make us settled in. We placed our luggage at the luggage holding area and left the hotel, returning later to complete our check-in. On the second day, I met Miss Soyoka and have a little chat with her. Also expressing my Thankfulness for her service. I found out she is new. However, her service felt so right and experience! The lady that helped us eventually did not present the same level of thoughtfulness and sensitivity.
The hotel is good, otherwise, we would not have returned.
Thank you Miss Soyoka."
"Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The Onsen/public bath is excellent, with and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Would have liked a cold plunge, but the steam room made up for it.
Canal City shopping across the street with a fun nightly fountain show, and a few solid bakeries right next door."
"Simple capsule style accommodations. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. Location is excellent. Just a short walk from Hakata station and an even shorter one to the local convenience stores and restaurants.
What I really appreciated was the hospitality shown by the staff. Despite my predicament during check in, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Thanks to their efforts I was spared a great deal off trouble."
"The best 3 nights stay in the heart of the city.clean beautiful nice reception and great breakfast. The only thing was we should go to the airport in the morning and couldn’t eat breakfast.it was nice if they offered breakfast basket to go.
Other than that it was great"
