Just home from a fortnight all inclusive holiday at this hotel. We have stayed in neighbouring hotels so are familiar with the area. Compared to neighbouring hotels, we found the Pajara Beach hotel to be very clean and well run. Gardens and pool area were immaculate. Multiple signs stated that reserving sunbeds was forbidden but it was standard practice with many guests (I won't mention nationality) to peg out their towels before breakfast and expect to keep a lounger by the pool all day. Staff were very pleasant and helpful although sometimes, in the dining room, they were "run off their feet". Reception staff were superb. We stayed in a Royal Suite with a huge southwest facing balcony - a super place for relaxing and entertaining friends. Some of the bedroom furniture is a bit tired but remains comfortable. We judged the selection and quality of food to be better than neighbouring hotels. There was also more outside seating in the restaurant area. Our only disappointment was the quality of some drinks - the all inclusive deal only includes a limited range of cocktails which are machine blended. House Cava was quite drinkable. Beer was fine though only served in 25cl glasses. Recommended and excellent value for money.

An sich ist alles schön, klar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dafür eine super Lage. Zimmer sind ok, betten etwas Hart. Zu den Negativen Sachen: Man bezahlt hier gefühlt für alles extra. Handtücher 20€ Kaution (In Ordnung kann ich verstehen) Safe 3€ am Tag WiFi 3€ am Tag Indoorpool mit Saunabereich 15€ pP für 90 min Besondere Liegen 50€ am tag mit Flasche Sekt und obst A La Carte Restaurant 30€ pP und Menu Und das schlimmste meiner Meinung nach ist das Abendessen, es schmeckt nicht wirklich obwohl so viel Auswahl da ist fehlt es einfach an qualität. Frühstück ist Super dafür ein großes Lob. Mittagessen ist mal gut mal schlecht. Da gibt es aufjedenfall noch Luft nach oben. würden wir nochmal hingehen ? wahrscheinlich nicht hatten wir trotzdessen einen wunderschönen Urlaub? Auf jedenfall !

Very good hotel
Hotel very large and full of facilities and benefits. The All inclusive package is really reach and food is very good. A bit noisy the rooms and the curtains do not dark the room enough.. so earplugs and face mask are needed

Rato no restaurante e front desk rude
Hotel bonito, apesar de antigo está bem conservado. O check in muito demorado e empregados rudes. O problema mesmo foi encontrar um rato no restaurante. Sim, no meu último dia no hotel cruzei com um rato correndo pelo buffet e tudo que fizeram foi pedir desculpas. No check out perguntaram se foi tudo bem e óbvio que disse que não, e o funcionário disse que me deram um upgrade de quarto e não poderia reclamar. O lado positivo do hotel é o clube infantil, a animadora é muito carinhosa com crianças.

Great stay!
Animation team made the stay what it was! Bar staff and waiters were also fantastic. Food and drink was fantastic in terms of quality and variety. Room was clean, although needs a little updating. Only disappointment was external entertainment, we heard the same singer 4 times in 10 days using the same set!

Nice holiday but ........
.This was our fourth visit to Pajara beach hotel it is now starting to look tired and could do with a refurbishment. Our bathroom tiles were very badly repaired cracked and looking in a poor condition. Pillows need replacing as were very lumpy. Dining room chairs looking very grubby and worn. The quality of the evening meals has also deteriated from previous years, with lots of the same on offer each night. The staff are great and all work very hard to make your holiday enjoyable and should be recognised for this

Gefallen hat mir die großzügige Anlage. Kinderdisco: jeden Abend die gleichen Lieder. Essen nicht sehr schmackhaft. Es fehlte ständig an Gläsern und Tassen. Musste man sich zu den Mahlzeiten erst zusammensuchen. Salatsossen waren ziemlich pampig. Caipi aus dem Zapfhahn geht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel gar nicht. Liegestühle teilweise kaputt. Das Bett war nicht bequem. Lag ständig auf Sprungfedern und hatte deshalb eine Woche lang Rückenschmerzen. Zu meinem Geburtstag gab es eine Flasche Sekt und einen kleinen Kuchen. Nette Aufmerksamkeit, bei AI jedoch überflüssig. Personal sehr freundlich, jedoch hoffnungslos überfordert.

Gefallen hat uns: das Essen überwiegend, die Gartenanlage, Hiuseceeping und Servicepersonal, viel Auswahl von Animation = sehr gut!, Handedesinfektion (leider nur am Eingang vom Speisesaal), tolles Sport-und Unterhaltungsprogramm. Gefallen hat uns nicht: die Umtauschgebühr von Badetücher, die Nicht-Instandhaltung der Einrichtung (besonders Bäder), Toiletteneimer (Treteimer an der Rezeptionstoilette bei den Damen) kein Tritt und völlig zerbeult., zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten an der Bar (nach dem Abendessen), schlechte Anbindung (keine Bushaltestelle) um in andere Orte fahren zu können. Man fühlt sich in der Anlage dadurch gefangen und nicht jeder hat einen Führerschein., die Sitzgelegenheiten an der Rezeption (Sofa/Sessel) sind sehr verschmutzt und abgefranzt., Pool Zeiten sind schlecht. Müssten angepasst werden (z. B. 8-20 Uhr),ungepflegter Poolboy (mit halblangen, leicht lockigem Haar) der die Handtücher einfach von den Liegen räumt, obwohl man nur zur Toilette gegangen ist., die Toilette an der Poolbar extrem unhygienisch. Diese muss kontinuierlich gereinigt werden. Das TV ist extrem schlecht eingestellt, Anmerkung: das Tor neben dem Volleyballfeld könnte auch für Hotelgäste mit einem Kartenschlüssel versehen werden. Der Zugang zu den Stränden ist sehr schwer, für ältere und gehe hinderte Menschen beinahe unmöglich!! Hier wäre ein hauseigener shuttleservice angebracht.

Great location, which is why we go back. Drinks offered need improvement also a choice of restaurants would be great. Restaurant near the sea which is very rarely used and not in the all inclusive package would be lovely as an alternative

Bra läge för den sportiga familjen. Relativt nära jandiastrandens början i norr där kitecenter och vindsurfing fanns. God och varierande mat på hotellet - all inclusive. Avkopplande semester. Fin pool med infinity.

hotel accueillant proche de la plage
tres bon hotel (juste pour avoir à faire des reproches) manque de viennoiserie pour les bons francais que nous sommes,et les animations sont un peu tot donc finissent de bonne heure et n ayant que 2 chaines francaises on manque d activites le soir mais ceci est notre avis .Autrement hotel superbe et personnel très agréable..

Slitet hotell och okunniga servitörer i matsalen
Vi checkade in 14:00 men fick inte rummen förrän 15:30, och vi var inte ensamma om det (det var fullt med väskor vid receptionen pga att rummen inte var klara). Rummen är rena men slitna och behöver renovering. Mycket dåligt att flertal drinkar kostar när det är all-inclusive, man får betala för alla drinkar kaffe och te efter 23:00. Även poolhanddukar kostar att byta ut. Vi har varit på många bra **** hotell, detta är tyvärr inte i samma klass. Slitage i rummen och allmänna utrymmen, möbler, bord, stolar och porslin sänker betyget. Matsalen är lyhörd och servitörerna är stressade och otrevliga, smutsigt i form av matrester och smulor vid borden. Bestick och kaffekoppar saknas ofta och det tar tid att få dessa, servitörerna behöver verkligen utbilda sig inom sitt yrke. Detta hotell har säkert varit **** men tyvärr inte är det just nu pga de brister som finns. Vi har erfarenhet av hotell och anser att detta är ett *** hotell med betyg 3,5 av 5. Det som höjer betyget är poolen och poolområdet, och det underbara läget vid havet. Välj inte detta hotell om ni är ute efter ett **** all-inclusive hotell, kan rekommendera grannhotellet H10.

We hadden een lekkere kamer met balcon met middagzon. De eetzaal vind ik heel weinig sfeer hebben en het is vaak zoeken naar een plek en wachten totdat de tafel opnieuw gedekt wordt. Het eten vonden wij niet lekker. Ook was het onlogisch ingericht, bv als je patat nam, moest je daarna aan de andere kant van de zaal de mayonaise halen. Of je schept pasta op, maar dan moest je weer in tegenovergestelde richting van de rij de saus pakken.

un peu déçu !!
très grand hotel à dominante "Allemande". Belle chambre avec balcon vue mer sympa Restauration très bien et variée. Personnel attentionné ( mais peu de français) wifi avec mauvaise connection dans une zone commune. SPA payant et équipement limité pour un 4 étoiles (eau fraiche et aucune douche chaude durant le séjour malgé 2 demandes )

Bonita zona para descansar
Bonito hotel, con excepcionales vistas al mar, con una excelente piscina y terrazas en Costa Calma. Acceso directo al mar, largisima playa a un solo paso y zona muy bonita para descansar, pasear y vivir la dolce vita.

Good Modern Hotel
Good rooms and facilities, air conditioning and pools. Sunbeds are all in poor condition and need replacing. Quality and preparation of food was generally good but wine and alcoholic drinks quality was very poor (the worst we have experienced in 4* Fuerteventura hotels). If you are a drinker, or even like a nice after dinner relax with good coffee and a liqueur, this wont be the hotel for you. Staff were professional and helpful and we had absolutely no problems with people understanding English even though it is predominantly a German speaking clientele.We would return but only with our own bottles of Gin and Port to make the pre and post dinner drinks slightly better.

Bellissimo soggiorno!
Tutto magnifico! Il personale gentilissimo, e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Da ringraziare ad Andrea e Juanmy per la sua gentilezza. Dopo 3 anni di frequentare Fuerteventura, abbiamo trovato un hotel che ci soddisfa in pieno. La nostra camera meravigliosa, con vista mare fantastica... Ci torneremo... Grazie!!!
