"Breakfast was fine. Staff was polite. A few small issues with our room (230). Sink drained slowly. One of the lights flickered, so we didn't use it. Couldn't find instructions for using the TV, and the remote didn't help. The biggest thing was the aur conditioner, which sounded like a motorcycle coming through the room every 10-15 minutes. Only stayed one night so none of this mattered that much. Reported these things on departure."

My only critique is that when I was looking for a place to stay in the area there wasn't anything about parking on their website. I ended up parking quite a ways away in a public parking lot to later being offered a parking pass for behind the building during check in. After a 13 hour day on my feet at work I chose not to return to my vehicle to repark. The place was nice, dead in the center of town. Just really thing they should have more info about the parking arrangements on their website etc - there is absolutely nothing on their website I could find about it."

"The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere."
