"They do not have body lotion in the room. I was standing in front of the reception staff waiting to be served for checking in. He was'nt busy. He just looked at me without saying a word. I approached him first instead of him approaching me as a guest. Being a guest relations job must be courteous to anyone. It is just my experience at that moment. I presumed he's not like that all the time."

"In generale tutto molto soddisfacente, la struttura molto bella e comoda in centro e sul fiume, comodissima per la fermata del bus per l’aeroporto. La colazione eccellente, anche con un reparto orientale, cibi gluten free e vegan. Camera con un king size eccezionale, e anche se la richiesta era di due letti singoli, ci hanno trasformato le lenzuola in due singole, così siamo state soddisfatte ugualmente."
