"Check out time was 11:00, a few cleaning staff hovered outside our room around 9:00 am or so waiting for us to leave and was loud and laughing and carrying on in the hall just outside our door. My spouse walked out to take a few pieces of luggage to the car and one of them was sitting in the floor near our door waiting for us to leave however my wife was still in the room which they didn’t know and then knocked and she said hello and opened the door and they apologized and then started laughing out loud. Just find this a bit rude, they need to communicate with the front office on who has actually checked out before being loud and sitting in the floor waiting for guests to leave to clean the room. Felt like they were trying to rush us out just so they could clean. "

"The room had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and convenient stay! From a fully stocked kitchen of cutlery, dishes, utensils, and spices (yes, spices!), to a sweet dining table, thoughtfully placed USB ports, and a fully accessible bathroom, we could’ve stayed there for a month and been happy! Finding accessible accommodations for a wheelchair user can sometimes be such a challenge, but this space clearly had wheelchair users in mind when they designed their layout. We felt completely comfortable and safe staying here. Fully recommend this awesome place!!!"
