This is an older hotel with a lot of charm. The rooms were clean and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is about 30 minutes from the east entrance to Zion National Park and 60 minutes from the Zion visitors center. We would stay here again.

Canyons Boutique is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful restaurant that locals brag about. Breakfast is included in the room package and the ‘chef’s choice’ breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The hotel is within walking distance of shops and other wonderful local restaurants.

This hotel was unexpectedly charming. The room was delightful as is the charm of the public areas. It’s a small town, but centrally located to many of the regions’ sites. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant was delicious though if you intend to go, make reservations as we had to wait a while. I would stay here again.

This hotel is like a hotel/bed n breakfast hybrid, it was a very unique experience. We loved the huge jetted tub - big enough for both my husband and myself. I would 100% stay here again. My only regret is that we did not go to the Sego restaurant located in the hotel more than once, because that is one of the best restaurants we have been to.

This was my 'base camp' for a road trip to the Grand Canyon area. The town of Kanab is a brilliant little location with lots of character and access to many hiking, biking and ATV activities. The Canyons hotel was a perfect fit for me. Great off-road parking, clean rooms with all the amenities (coffee, AC, TV, Wi-Fi...etc.) The staff were extremely polite and welcoming and the breakfast service was always prompt and well presented. Pretty much the only downside for me was the repetitive breakfast menu; It would have been nice to have a choice of toast or cereal with the offerings. For the price, it would be hard to match the excellent facilities that Canyons offers. I would return in a heartbeat.

Delicious complementary breakfast, parking was easy. We always had a spot. There was no elevator but the stairs were very wide and easy to navigate. Staff was very friendly. The whole place had a very warm, cute, cosy, artsy vibe. Would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to the area.

The place and staff were awesome. I especially loved my room and how close it was to town. My only issue was with breakfast. Before I booked, reviews said it was a buffet breakfast, but when I asked after my first breakfast, the staff told me the buffet was from a couple of years ago. Also having to reserve a time for breakfast was also disappointing. That was my bad for not double-checking. Overall, it was a great spot.

Room was beyond nice and very clean. Appreciated that breakfast was included but it was the same thing every day. I'm not a big steamed eggs person, and my husband is lactose intolerant. So we only ate the very small parfait of yogurt and berries. Wish there was more choice for breakfast. By the third day, we just skipped the hotel breakfast altogether and ate out.
