"I had a wonderful time here, the staff were tremendous and the hotel was so beautiful.
I would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Bordeaux to go to this hotel!

Room comfortable but lack of places to put things. Form over function. Basin could not hold water! No mirror in dressing table area so hairdryer not close to socket. All easily solved. It seemed designed beautifully by someone who had never slept in the room. But. Did not detract. A lovely hotel"

"Fantastic place on the garonne river. Loved having picnics outside and taste the wide selection of self pouring wines. Staff were excellent apart from a lady at the front desk that was kind of rude on the fact that we could not bring food to the swimming pool ( that wasn’t explained to us at check in ), she made us feel very uncomfortable. But the two other gentleman at the front desk were great!"

"The hotel and the property can only be described as beautiful. The room was outstanding in every way with a terrace overlooking the vineyard a special treat. As outstanding all of this was, it was exceeded by the awesome Grand Barrail staff. Everyone was so genuine, pleasant and helpful; extraordinary! They really added to the enjoyment of our visit."

"Séjour parfait dans un hôtel atypique, avec un charme énorme. Parfaitement équipé, nous arrivions avec un bébé et l’hôtel nous avait installé un lit adapté ainsi qu’une chambre avec une baignoire, nous avons trouvé cette attention adorable.
