"Excellent stay."

"On arrival we were greeted by the 2 staff on duty and after a short wait (because we arrived early and a room change) we were shown to the room and the breakfast was explained to us as was the after hours procedure. All staff we met were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good, lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the early morning sun. It was also nice to be able to sit outside in the evening The room was clean and we had a fan to help try and keep the room cool...

"Great little b&b , host accommodating for an early breakfast. Plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Lovely, attentive staff who made me feel welcome. Unfortunately, the shower was positioned under the eaves of the roof, meaning anyone over 5ft 5in had to bend down to use it. There was also a power cut from 7am until 8:50am, and I was disappointed that no apology or acknowledgement was offered the following morning. A simple apology would have been a nice gesture."

"The overall aesthetic was awesome but the rooms need proper cleaning cobwebs are visible in the roof The cleanliness is something to be looked into Overall I liked the place and room"

"A wonderful place to stay. A fantastic old building with so much character and lovely country views. Bedrooms very comfortable with great attention to detail and well thought through. Excellent breakfast and a good menu for dinner - well presented and very tasty. The highlight though were the staff throughout. It's such a pleasure to receive genuine excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you."

"Great stat and great staff very central"

"This is a great friendly hotel that majors in service and friendliest approach. Nothing is to much trouble always with a smile"

"Such a nice hotel. Spacious room with nespresso machine, snacks, super comfy bed. Bath and separate shower with underfloor heating in bathroom. I only stayed one night but used the pool twice it is very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was great, buffet and à la carte options. I’ll definitely be returning"

"Beautiful Town, and a wonderful, old hotel. Breakfast was probably one of the best we've ever had. Really loved our 1 night stay and will certainly be back for longer."
