"Breakfast was included but rarely any choice.
If something ran out, it wasn't topped up. Had a boiled egg once in 6 days!
No air conditioning or fan in the room.
It was a small room with no air circulation in 34° heat, it was terrible.
The staff/owners couldn't speak English so I couldn't tell them the problems.
I would definitely not go back here or recommend it to anyone.

"Ein tolles Hotel in Gehdistanz zu allen Möglichkeiten, mit moderner Einrichtung. Die Baselcard ist super und die Bags um sich im Rhein treiben zu lassen sind genial. Zuerst waren wir etwas erstaunt über den Preis des Frühstücks, doch es war sehr reichhaltig und ausserordentlich vielseitig. Es hat sich gelohnt. Werden es wieder besuchen. "
"The hotel is really clean and comfortable. They gave us a Basel card, so we could use public transport for free. One downside was that tram passes along the street next to the hotel, and you can hear it."
"The is located close to transportation and shopping. It’s clean and has the modern conveniences for travelers. The breakfast was excellent but the staff gave us incorrect information about the Sunday bruch and breakfast arrangements which led to us not having breakfast as usual as we intended to have the bruch as it was timed closer to our departure for a long train trip. Generally the stay was great!"
