"Staff are exceptional service was great the hotel is a little tired but rooms were clean and adequate. Roseline was excellent on reception. The bar being open later for guest is great. The breakfast was good and the location perfect for visiting Perth and Scone Palace is a must visit. Cannot Thank the staff enough. Would stay again. "

Easy to find parking - either the free lot nearby or street parking right in front (nominal cost and free at night ). The property manager was very helpful and responsive. We found the area to be quiet at night and busy during the day. We would stay here again. "

The traffic was loud day and at night, we were given ear plugs but they weren’t particularly useful against the noise.

"This older property is so well appointed, staffed and managed. Our room was fully modern yet not sterile feeling, and the en suite shower perfect for us - order in advance. In addition, the dinner fare at their restaurant was excellent. Located on the South Inch, with an easy walk to city centre. I regret that we only had a two-day stay. "
