"I booked months in advance; requested the same apartment that I had on my previous visit (since I knew it was decently appointed) and have a message form the manager indicating I would get this apartment. Instead, I was offered two "upgrades" upon arrival. While both were larger, one was in the basement (like living in a cave), the other was on the top floor (larger but middle of summer with no air conditioning) but poorly appointed. My German friends were waiting for me so, as not to...

"I booked the whole apartment as shown in my booking, however, when I arrived, I only got the living room for my whole family. they have sold the bedroom to another people. "Sehr super und sehr nett personal und freundlich "

"Very friendly and helpful staff and the vegetarian breakfast is off the scale. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and is very well maintained. I got much more than I paid for...."

"Het hotel is vrij modern met goed ingerichte kamers. Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar wel goed. De locatie is perfect, kort bij het marktplein en de Rijnboulevard. Verder is er een ruime parkeergarage beschikbaar."

"Sauberes Zimmer. Tolles Ambiente und klasse Frühstück"

"Good location, super friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the breakfast"

"Amazing property No AC was only down side on a hot day But it’s a 100% MUST stay if you are around"

"Stayed Meany of times and always are welcome lovely hotel"

"Alles bestens, gerne wieder."

"The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. "
