"This is an outstanding property in a quiet, picturesque part of Stoke-on-Trent (the village of Barlaston). Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! Our room was well appointed and beds very comfortable, with a nice ensuite and shower. This property exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property! "We stayed in the Swallow room in the barn conversion. Everything you need in the room, inc. tea/coffee/biscuits. Spotlessly clean and great shower/en suite. Also, one of the best points, a large downstairs communal area. Settees and TV, complete with stocked kitchen with cooker hob microwave and fridge."
"I like staying here as you can park right outside your room. There is an excellent bar and restaurant and I enjoyed sitting outside with a drink in the evening.

"Nice, clean with a nice local pub right across the courtyard. Very handy. However the pub is only open limited hours and no where else to eat within walking distance except a fish n chips joint. We stayed in apartment 3. Suited our family of 4 well, but note there is no mini fridge or micro that a family might hope for. Walls are thin too but not a big deal.
