"I'm going to be fair and balanced on my review. First, the check-in was very antiquated, using fill in the blank forms and lack of awareness of who the guests are. Either Orbitz didn't communicate effectively or their system is very lacking. When arriving, I provided my orbits reservation and showed the receptionist the hotel provided email announcing my reservation. After going through all the steps the reception is asked me for payment, which had already been made through the orbits platform....

"The staff on the building was so kind and helpful. The location is really good. The building needs to improve on the cleaning, the suite was ok but it requires maintenance, there are some crack on walls, the mirror and sink fixtures were deteriorated. Im very disappointed with the noise level on this room, you can hear too much noise from the hallway, specially the doors of others suites closing. Also, the towels I received were worn out and the second week I stayed the suite didn't get the...
