"Very clean room and easy check in. Getting into the building and the room was hassle free which was such a relief after a long day of travel. The room was as described and had enough room to sleep our group of 4 (2 in the bedroom, 2 on the sofa bed) but was a bit cramped. "Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!"

The location is truly excellent — within walking distance of major tourist attractions, as well as countless restaurants, cafés, pubs, bars, and shops. "Stained sheets and towels, bathroom door with zero privacy, cramped room where you can't even properly open kitchen drawers, shower that has no hot water pressure. They've put limiters on both the hot water and soap dispensers so you don't use "too much" of it.
