Good hotel

Very nice room and bathroom, very clean. The only downside was the room was on the top floor, just below the roof and it was hot day and night. A fan or AC would be a good idea to bear the heat in summer.

Great location and seamless check-in. I would just caution travellers who are used to central air/AC that this does not have it and can be very warm in the summer.

Excellent stay in all respects, cleanliness, amenities including use of washer/dryer, thoughtful items left in room such as shopping bag and water bottles, ease of use of door entry and communications via app. We will definitely stay at Bob W properties again

There was no kelinex or tissue in oir room. There was also only earl gray tea in our room. English breakfast tea is a common tea to provide in hotels and I could not get it in the room or in lobby.

Fantastic room and brilliant location

Fantastic room and customer service via their app (but slow via hotels.com messages). We had a note apologising for the noise next door, which started at 7.30am, which was annoying, but out of their control.

The hotel room was nice but it wasn't very clean. There is limited storage with only a few open shelf units which were full of dust, as was tge clothes rail, and all flat surfaces.

Wow! One of the best places I've ever stayed in. If you're ever in Oslo I can highly recommend Bob W. I loved the high tech keyless entry, the handwritten welcome card, the phone charger, tote bag, kettle, mini fridge which was extremely useful. The bathroom was spotless and to a high 5 star standard with a beautiful shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and the blackout blind was excellent. Really liked the reusable water bottle which you could use during your stay. I wasn't expecting to get free use of the washateria where there was a washing machine and tumble dryer you could use. Overall a 5 star experience well done Bob W team

Really loved this hotel. The move away from traditional hotel model is refreshing and suits my style perfectly. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. They also think about the little things, like a personalised note and charging cables, which really added to the experience. It's in a relatively isolated part of town, but that's not necessarily a problem. Plenty of public transport, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants within short walking distance. Will stay at these hotels again whenever I can.

Great hotel

I enjoyed my 3 night stay here. This hotel has no reception but they give you all the information you need on WhatsApp. It was easy to check in and get into the hotel. My room was spotless and even had a welcome note. The free plunger coffee and tea was lovely too. Also there is a gym nearby that you can use it for free. The wifi was quick and there is a fridge in the room. The location is great just 5 minutes from Oslo Station.

This was a really great stay....nice, quaint hotel in the center of it all! Bob is so responsive. Everything went well as expected and I couldnt have been happier for my first trip to Oslo!
