"What a special place. In the heart of the restaurants, steps to the lake walkway. We stayed in the magical loft and loved its layout and charm. Little details add up to a large win as guests. The owner was soooooo nice and welcoming, treated us like family. The bed was oh so comfortable, the sheets and towels soft. Enjoyed spending evening sitting in courtyard enjoying the sound of birds and city life."

He sent us an email with instructions but there was no phone number to communicate so when we replied with some questions ( like what is the wifi password, it took him more than24 hrs to answer) 2. "Clean room, although there was a lot of furniture packed in there. Mattress was a little worn down and soft, but it was comfortable and I slept well since it was a very quiet location. Close to the city center and getting to the sights of Ioannina was very easy. The small breakfast had nice offerings and was a nice way to start the day."
