"Lovely clean room, really well equipped with everything you need plus a great litchenette with fridge, utensils etc. We had a great quiet stay and would absolutely stay here again. Very impressed. "

Unfortunately the shower in room 33 constantly dripped.
Other than that great 1 night stay after a long day at Twycross Zoo.

"Such a perfect stay. The staff are wonderful and extremely attentive, the room was delightful and we got a free upgrade to a suite. The food was delicious (especially dinner in the restaurant) and the spa was just what we needed.
