"Loved the location of the hotel. The fridge with drinks were great, the weather was hot, so they were appreciated. Struggled to find a light switch for the extra lights in the bathroom. Our room backed onto the lift, so it could be noisy. The room itself was lovely and spacious. Would recommend the hotel, but would have preferred a different room."

"Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Gute Aufteilung und genügend Platz. Frühstück war sehr gut."

"No issues with the hotel staff, cleanliness, etc. My only issue is Expedia VIP hotels that no longer offer complimentary breakfast for their guests. The cost is minimal but it’s those little things that make a big difference to the guest."

"ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะดวก สะอาด "

"The hotel was amazing clean modern and the staff super friendly"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with very convenient location with wonderful staff"

"I am in country with family and there was a family emergency that has kept us in Tuscany. Even with a legitimate doctors note with extensive information they denied refunding me even for one day of my stay after providing them with all the medical information needed. Terrible custom service and this is enough for me to never recommend this brand to anyone especially if you’re traveling with someone who is handicapped. Very unfortunate situation."

"I was delighted by my room. I loved the outdoor terrace, the comfy bed and compact bathroom. It was perfect. Breakfast was a very high standard. Staff were delightful, helpful and gracious. The hotel is really convenient for the metro and Malpensa Express. The area is lovely and full of restaurants, gelato shops, cafes, shops. etc. and is safe and busy. Perfect for a solo traveller."

"Great stay."
