"Great welcome from the staff Room was spacious , clean and well presented. It's an old period pub/hotel so the shower room.eas compact but all perfectly fine. Bed was really comfortable and although my room was close to the road I wasn't disturbed at all through the night. I ate in the pub and the food was excellent, couldn't fault the service or the meal. I had the steak for main course and brownie for desert - amazing! Would definitely stay again if in the area Didn't have time to...

"THE BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB A FULL ENGLISH WITH TOAST AND JAM, JUICE COFFEE/TEA CEREAL. THE EVENING MEAL WAS "HUGE" TWO MASSIVE SLICES OF GAMMON WITH SKIN ON FRIES TWO EGGS AND SALAD. WELL IMPRESSED. THE OWNERS WERE REALLY NICE, AND INTRODUCED THEMSELVES TO US APOLOGIZING FOR THE WORKMEN WORKING ON THEIR ALARM SYSTEM. WE READ THAT SOME OTHERS GUESTS HAD COMPLAINED OF THE ROAD NOISE, BUT WE COULDN'T...
