"The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. They gave us wonderful advice on day trips from the property and took a genuine interest in our day trips and lives. We will stay here again if we come back to Avignon. If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit."

Frederick gave us excellent info on what to see and where to eat. Charming Boutique hotel although the streets cape next to a Tattoo parlour was a bit off putting . "Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol. The location was excellent, it was within a good walking distance to the Palais and close to restaurants and shops. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful, the staff were attentive and the buffet breakfast (added for a cost) was great. Our room was clean and a good size for 3 people. Would highly recommend. "

"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you...
