"This is very old hotel, def not a 5 star hotel. Staffs are very kind and responsive to any need you might have. They should however remove the carpets from their rooms, they stink. Air was not circulating in the room after shower so the room or the carpets have moldy smell. Location is convenient, area is safe. Bathroom was really small. Shower had partial glass coverage, so after shower, water is spilling everywhere. "

"I always check my mattress for cleanliness before settling in and unpacking. I pulled back the sheets on one bed and there was some remanent of food. I pulled back another layer and there were fluid stains. The second bed had black dust, marks and also had some stains. The toilet had feces in the hinge of the toilet. I contacted the front desk and the attendant came up and took pictures. I was moved to a different room and the sheets were cleaner. Thank you to Merlin. The next morning, it was raining and I asked for a second umbrella, the room provides one as a courtesy. I had to plead with the receptionist and explain the dirty room and that asking for an umbrella is not an inconvenience to the hotel.
