The staff need a little more knowledge of English. reception desk is manned by inexperienced staff that have no common sense and communication.
waiteress staff pounce and clear your table when you get up to get more food from the buffet and give your table to others and make people angry . staff need to be trained in serving and pouring drinks especially beer. its not okay to have a glass full of frothy beer.

The location of this hotel is amazing if you’re planning to do some furniture shopping. It’s super convenient where you don’t even need to go outdoors as it is connected to the hotel.
However, we complained about our room being too hot multiple times during our 2 day stay. They sent maintenance but nothing changed, when we complained again they told us they turned off the a/c of all room… and ended up bringing us a FAN.
Ive never stayed at a 4/5 star hotel with this issue nor have been offered a fan… I was lost for words.
Didn’t sleep well at all.

this hotel is excellent and in a great location. its connected to the famous furniture mall Luvre and very easy to get around to all the major shopping centers.
the concierge name "Daniel" was great , he spoke such good english and was very helpfull giving us excellent customer service. that team was great !! very very helpfull

Really spacious and clean rooms. Bathrooms are so nice. Breakfast buffet, especially their waffles and samosas, are amazing. Also very convenient if you’re checking out Louvre Furnishings.

Dear sir,
Thank you very much for staying with us last week, we have well received information in regards to a possible missing 6000 USD when you checked out.
Following a throughout investigation involving our 360 degrees CCTV cameras as well door locks digitized system allowing us to have clear records of guest or personal alike entering the room, I regret to inform you that we were not able to identify any suspicious occurring during the entire stay.
As a matter of fact both CCTV footage and door lock system show exactly similar information with only his key used to enter the room during the entire period of his stay
Please rest assured that right after receiving your phone call, I have personally ensure with the entire team including our Hotel General Manager, was focusing on identifying possible theft within the hotel, but all evidences and records are not indicating any suspicious attempt to steal anything from the guestroom.
I remain at your entire disposal may you need any additional information or assistance and look very much forward to have the opportunity to welcome you soon in Foshan.

I was overwhelming impressed with the Sofitel, the beauty of the hotel, the luxuriousness of my suite and the service of all of the staff especially Phoenix from the Front Desk and Concierge. I have never received the level of service that I was treated with by Phoenix. She truly went above and beyond and really took care of me all weekend. I will definitely be returning to the Sofitel Foshan and Phoenix is a big part of this. Also the food was delicious both in the restaurant on the 58th Floor and the Club on the 32nd Floor!
