"I love this place and will always come back. Excellent facility!"

"The hotel its self is fine for a few night stay I personally wouldnt stay more than 2 or 3 nights. The resort across the street has a beautiful pool that your able to use and you can get breakfast and lunch over there as well but no dinner the restaurant closes at 3pm. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. "Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Klimaanlage wurde ausgetauscht, allgemein wurden viele Zimmer renoviert bzw,. noch nötig"

Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others."

The only option was a coffee shop open for a couple of hours, offering coffee and a muffin. There was no concierge, and I ended up renting a car to get groceries and drive elsewhere for meals. I arrived...

"Overall satisfied and it felt like home"

It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...

"Room was great! Drains drained in shower and sink. Low water pressure 😔"
