"Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side."

"Property was in a lovely setting. Room was small but lovely. Be mindful though, we were told when we checked in that because we'd booked through Expedia we would have to pay nearly £15 each for breakfast. Seemed a bit unfair as we had still booked a room at their hotel and probably wouldn't have known it existed without it being on Expedia."

"We stayed in the lovely Conon Suite which is very light and roomy with two large sofas. Meals were tasty and generous portions. Staff were really friendly and the whole stay was very relaxed"

"Room was very clean and smart. Had a lovely sleep in the king bed. Cooked breakfast was lovely - they actually had a ‘vegetarian’ cooked breakfast on the menu that featured vegetarian haggis Pattie! Staff were very courteous and helpful."

"Gail ( the host), was very helpful. She arranged taxis, take away breakfasts, and provided all around good advice. We had a very comfortable 2 night stay with good amenities and fine location. Given the opportunity, I would stay here again."

"We booked a room for family of 4 guests and there was barely any space to put our bags. Room was very small. Don’t recommend. The hotel was clean, staff was nice and the breakfast was good. Plenty of parking."

"No amenities. The room was noisy not from the inhouse bar but the street- early recycling, trash pick up, and after other bars closed. There is an onsite bar- the pizza was good! The location is convenient for transport, shopping etc."
