"We have stayed at the Edge before and like it for the quiet and convenient location for our needs. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, however we did have an issue having to wait a long ways for our stored luggage to be retrieved for us. The rooms are very small but comfortable, however we had a difficult time keeping the room temperature at a comfortable level and lost sleep because of it."

"This place was absolutely disgusting. Very sketchy hotel. They make it look so much better than online than it actually is. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting toilet wasn’t cleaned. Shower looked nasty. We ended up not staying here due to how gross and also unsafe the area is they also would not give us a refund in reality they should have because of false advertising. There is a big reason why these are prices cheaper because this place is terrible. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY AT THIS PLACE. Also...

"Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room"

"breakfast great room was clean staff was very help like that mall patrons can't get up to the rooms made up for the parking which you have to share with mall patrons"

"It was nice & comfortable staying at Melrose. Keep it up 👍 staff is friendly. Public transport very near."

"Front desk was rude, and tried to scam me on parking. When I booked, it clearly stated free self parking. It still shows free self parking. Tried to charge me $25 to park my own car. Tried to charge me for early check in 1 hour early also $25. Money hungry."

"Very friendly breakfast stsff."

"Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, polite, and helpful. There is clean fridge and microwave. The 2-queen bedroom was spacious. The breakfast was decent with good pastries, warm eggs, and a good offering of diverse beverages. We were impressed that they gave 24hs access to the breakfast area and access to hot drinks like hot chocolate and tea. We were able to sit there after dinner and share tea with colleagues before going to bed. It was also great that police...
