"We have stayed at the Edge before and like it for the quiet and convenient location for our needs. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, however we did have an issue having to wait a long ways for our stored luggage to be retrieved for us. The rooms are very small but comfortable, however we had a difficult time keeping the room temperature at a comfortable level and lost sleep because of it."

"This place was absolutely disgusting. Very sketchy hotel. They make it look so much better than online than it actually is. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting toilet wasn’t cleaned. Shower looked nasty. We ended up not staying here due to how gross and also unsafe the area is they also would not give us a refund in reality they should have because of false advertising. There is a big reason why these are prices cheaper because this place is terrible. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY AT THIS PLACE. Also...

"Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room"

"Front desk was rude, and tried to scam me on parking. When I booked, it clearly stated free self parking. It still shows free self parking. Tried to charge me $25 to park my own car. Tried to charge me for early check in 1 hour early also $25. Money hungry."

"It was nice & comfortable staying at Melrose. Keep it up 👍 staff is friendly. Public transport very near."

"Very friendly breakfast stsff."

"The room as well as the overall facility was spotless. Breakfast offered all the basics. Overall rated 4 Star due to not much offered as gar as snacks or drinks. Having a marketplace could be useful for travelers like myself who a de e not there as a tourist. I have no comment in the available fitness center, I did not used it or saw it."

"Staff was amazing! Hotel is well maintained and rooms are modern. Area a little iffy but it’s NY and no issues. Would recommend."

"Room very comfortable and spacious. I was with my dad that has special needs and he was very happy with the stay."

"Muy buena atención."
