Staff was helpful and accommodating, especially with multiple extensions. Great location. Comfortable beds with clean sheets and kitchen with full-size refrigerator are big pluses. Pet friendly too!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. AC worked well in my room so I can't comment on issues other travelers may have had. Pet friendly was a must for me. Overall grounds could be cleaned up a touch, but for the price I would say it was a good value.

We had the queen studio. It was in the rear so less traffic and disturbances . So that was good. Full size refrigerator was nice and 2 burner stove . We saved a lot just by eating there. And a full weeks supplyStraight shot to Fort Lauderdale By the Sea Beach. The staff were nice and helpful. It had dirty floors but that's about it.

Extended stay is known for its cleanliness and its complimentary breakfast. THIS particular extended stay did not live up what I’m use to experiencing. VERY OUTDATED hotel. It looks like an apartment complex (outside hotel) and they just slapped a hotel name in it. My room was so disgusting and eerie feeling, the tub had permanent dirt marks, spider webs in the corner of the windows. How do I know? Because the entire window was wide open when I went the room so I saw it. Rusty white fridge, rusty hot plates, none of the rooms have clean paint on the walls! The paint is outdated, chipped, 2 tone in some spots and holes cover up with plaster. I was so disgusted I asked for another room. The staff was kind and switched my room but I looked at 2 rooms before accepting what was decent out of the other options. Then I was advised that housekeeping will come to spray the new room because “it smells like the last tenant was cooking in here”😫 STINKS no one came. The breakfast? Mini wrapped 2 flavor only muffins, oatmeal, tea and coffee😒 We stayed 4 days, no one came to tidy up or bring towels. People hanging outside as if they live there, stairs dirty, hallways filthy, like no one cares seems like! I had to shower with my shoes on that’s how nasty this place and rooms are. I understand they have monthly options but I would NEVER stay here again and if I could get a refund, I would’ve! I flew my new 2mos old grandbaby and daughter in for wkend and was embarrassed at how this was look

The staff support was great but the room was rundown. The bath was cruddy the tile in the bathroom was old and dirty,the bathroom sink was old,stripping and cruddy, the inches on the door had heavy rust there were no toilet paper holder. I was afraid to touch anything, I was afraid to stand in the tub. I had to line the sink with tissue to put anything on the sink

Kay, the front desk staff who is the only one who goes above and beyond for guests was one checking us in. She is deserving of a raise! Room was clean and the housekeepers do an excellent job with short staff conditions. They need more staff and treat their overworked staff better.

The Wi-Fi was stable and easy to use.the water pressure was a bit low considering it's a measure to deter people from wasting water .I did find mosquitoes in the room the staff should have sprayed the place and I found a few cockroach bodies on the floor but overall this day was peaceful and quiet

We stayed 2 nights and the staff was friendly. However the room a/c was not cooling and the microwave was rusty. The staff was prompt on getting it repaired. The tub was slippery. Be careful when going in the tub. There wasnt enough towels for two persons. There was no cooking utensils for kitchen ( no pots, cups, coffee make etc). Building neefs some upgrading.

The property definitely needs to be updated. The tubs have cracked paint in them. The toilet was not cleaned there were poop stains which could have been cleaned. The tv was not working because they stopped paying their services. The WiFi was ok but I was also asked to pay for even better services. I shouldn’t have to see holes and have paint just peeling off. Was disappointed but the staff was friendly and I enjoyed talking with them.
