Clean, safe, staff was very pleasant, nice rooftop bar, food was mediocre bar food. Pool was dirty and water looked unappealing. Bed i. My unit was absolutely horrible, had a huge hole and was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall it was a nice experience, also great location.

Long weekend stay for fall break

Love the pool and hot tub areas- amazing views of intercoastal and the boardwalk on the ocean. Definitely would stay here again. 175 dollar resort fee at checkout was an unpleasant surprise though.

Beautiful property, condo was spacious, clean and well laid out. Everything seemed new and in excellent working order. Bonus to have a balcony and the view of both the canal and the ocean was stunning! Two packages of coffee were not enough for 5 days but we were able to get more when we asked. Quick and easy communication made the stay stress free!

The building and location are excellent, the unit we had (N533) was nice, had a nice view but not very clean, there was a urine stained mattress protector, the cabinet handles were cakey on the back sides (where you grab but they were wiped only on the front) and when we informed the owner that the provided beach chairs were broken we were told to rent some, which was very disapointing.

The space was great. I was nice to have a desk and a table and chairs, we work from the room. Bed was comfortable. Shower needs a little more attention on the grout when cleaning. I have no major complaints but I do want to make future renters aware...this is presented has a privately owned condo with all the amenities. It may be privately owned but it is, for all practical purposes, a one bedroom suite hotel room. Hotel towels, 4 of them, 2 washcloths, no dish towel or dishcloth. A sign telling you that they are not part of the hotel and towel exchange is not included in your rate. No decor to indicate privately owned.

This is a great place to stay while vacationing at Hollywood Beach. We had a spacious studio room that met our needs, the main ones being a balcony (small but functional, with terrific views of south Hollywood Beach, the ocean and the intracoastal waterway) and a (mini) fridge in the unit. Kitchenette also has a sink, microwave and toaster - perfect for saving a few bucks on breakfast. Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and actually equipped with an exhaust fan! - a rarity in hotels but so useful to keep the foggin' mirror clear. I have to give special acknowledgement to Cielo Stays, as their professionalism, super quick responses to all of our questions and concerns, and follow-up actions, gave me full confidence that they would resolve any other issues that may have come up. Location is ideal, with the beach and great food at numerous restaurants a couple minutes' walk away, and a coffee shop across the street from the lobby. Rooftop pool and bar have outstanding views. We will absolutely stay here again, next time we're in Hollywood Beach.

This is our third time staying at Costa Hollywood over a period of 5 years. We have seen changes over that time of course. I am glad the Costa Hollywood has been able to maintain a high quality after the impact of national shutdowns. There seemed to be more people traveling and staying at the Costa than in 2022. We enjoy the spacious rooms with balconies and ocean views. The close location to the beautiful beach and restaurants is hard to beat! The only Costa restaurant is on the rooftop with the pool. We noticed that there were more families with children using the pool. At times it was difficult for us to access the pool. Sadly, we gave up trying to access the hot tub. It was constantly full. The rules for the rooftop area are posted but no one is enforcing the rules. We have stayed at hotels that offer adults only hours for pool & hot tub. It might be a good idea for this property. We also witnessed children eating food in the pool. During our stay this year we were given a towel voucher that had to be given to the person in charge of towels in the courtyard on the first floor. There used to be nice plentiful towels on the rooftop available. I don't know if they restrict the general public customers from using the pool. The towels we exchanged each day are not the quality or absorbency of the ones they used to have. We didn't use the restaurant at all. 2 years ago we were told that we couldn't charge food or drink to our room. We preferred to dine at nearby restaurants.

Loved the location and proximity to beach. Clean rooms but furniture could use some refreshing along with the paint. However, no complaints about cleanliness. Front desk staff welcoming. Great balcony and nice view to beach boardwalk. Great rooftop!
